Shipping is subject to our Terms & Conditions, but the following are a guide to our policies:

1. Stock
All items are normally held in stock. However we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to recieve more stock.

2. Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances.

3. Shipping
We will dispatch via the shipping option you have chosen. UK first class mail usually takes 1-3 working days. UK second class mail usually takes 2-5 working days. Courier services in the UK normally delivery within 2 working days. Internationally we ship via airmail or international couriers, and shipping times vary.

4. High value orders
Orders over £50 in value may be shipped via special delivery or a courier service for extra security.

5. Non-delivery
You should inform us if you have not received your order within 14 days. We will not be able to follow up any claim for non-delivery placed with us more than 60 days after dispatch.
