Following a successful career in sales, management and training and development, Steve is co-director of Sales interaction Limited, an international sales training and management consultancy.

He is co-author of the book Sold! How to make it easy for people to buy from you, written with business partner Gary Colleran, first published in August 2003 by Prentice Hall / Pearson Education. Sold! has since been translated into eight languages and has also been recorded onto audio CD. Together with Dr. Robert Cialdini and Dr. Noah Goldstein Steve has co-authored a new book called Yes! Fifty secrets from the science of persuasion, due for publication in the UK in November 2007. As well as speaking at conferences and conventions all over the world Steve has also taught on the subject of sales and influence at two prestigious business schools - The School of Business at London University and at the school of management at Cranfield University, Europe.
